Content review and removal requests
Last updated: August 14, 2026
We provide a fair process for people and businesses affected by content on UnwantedCall. You may request review when a number was spoofed, a report is inaccurate, content reveals private information, or a submission violates our Community Guidelines.
What to include
- The exact URL of the phone-number page.
- The specific statement or report concerned.
- Your relationship to the number or affected organization.
- A concise explanation and any reliable supporting information.
How we review requests
We may remove personal information, threats, impersonation, fabricated content, irrelevant accusations, or other policy violations. We may preserve genuine descriptions of call experiences and clearly attributed public data. Where appropriate, we may add context, restrict visibility, or allow a verified business response instead of removing an entire page.
To protect users, we may ask for additional verification. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.
UnwantedCall is an informational community platform, not a law-enforcement agency, credit-reporting agency, telecommunications carrier, or substitute for professional advice.
